This Community Participation Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and participation in TriLuna AI's community-driven programs, pilot projects, and public-facing interactive experiences (collectively, "Community Programs"). By participating in any Community Program, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Community Programs are designed to foster collaboration, gather user feedback, and explore new applications and features of TriLuna AI's facilitation technology. Your participation helps us improve and innovate.
You may provide suggestions, ideas, enhancements, feature requests, recommendations, or other feedback ("Contributions") related to TriLuna AI's products, services, or Community Programs.
You hereby grant to ALTEVER Solutions Inc., operating as TriLuna AI, and its affiliates (including Virvex Inc.) a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, prepare derivative works of, display, perform, and otherwise exploit your Contributions in connection with the development, operation, marketing, and improvement of TriLuna AI's products and services, without any obligation of attribution, compensation, or confidentiality.
You acknowledge and agree that all meeting formats, facilitation methodologies, conversational flows, AI prompts, game structures (e.g., trivia, true/false), and underlying intellectual property developed within or for TriLuna AI's Community Programs, or suggested as Contributions, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of ALTEVER Solutions Inc.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the TriLuna AI platform and its features solely for your personal, non-commercial participation in the Community Programs, in accordance with these terms and any applicable Terms of Service.
Any information, ideas, or content you share within Community Programs is not confidential and may be seen and used by other participants and TriLuna AI. Do not share any information you consider proprietary or confidential.
Every call is recorded. Calls you take part in — including the call on which you agree to this Agreement — are recorded, transcribed, and summarized by TriLuna AI's systems. We use these recordings and transcripts to run the sessions you join, to remember what you enjoy so we can offer you better sessions, to produce write-ups for participants, to keep a record of your agreement to these terms, and to improve the service.
What we keep. We hold your phone number, the name you give us, your stated interests and availability, your call recordings and transcripts, and your session history and balance. We keep this information while you are a participant and for up to twelve months after your last session, unless you ask us to remove it sooner or we are required to keep it longer by law.
Your rights. You may at any time:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you; - ask us to correct it; - ask us to delete or redact a specific call you took part in — for example if you said something by accident; - ask us to delete all of your personal information and end your participation; or - withdraw your agreement to recording, which ends your participation in Community Programs.
How to ask. Tell any TriLuna agent on a call ("I'd like that call deleted"), or text the TriLuna Groups number that sent you this Agreement. Requests are logged the moment they are made and acted on within thirty days. We will confirm by text when it is done.
Limits. Where a call involved other participants, we remove or redact your contributions; the other participants' contributions remain theirs. We may retain a minimal record that a request was made and fulfilled, and information we are legally required to keep. Withdrawing your agreement does not undo uses that took place before you withdrew it.
TriLuna AI handles personal information in accordance with Canada's *Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act* (PIPEDA).
Participation in Community Programs is "as-is" and "as-available," without warranties of any kind. TriLuna AI is not responsible for any outcomes, positive or negative, resulting from your participation.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
